Light energy is extremely peaceful and harmonious, connecting us to our soul essence. This light symbol energy offers gentle wisdom to integrate and support you on your Earth journey. Deepen your connection with the light energy through meditation.  When we can tap into this grounding energy, we deepen our connection with our soul’s light. Meditation is a deeply calming practice which can increase self-awareness, clarity, creativity, reduce stress and negative emotions, restore focus and shift perspective.

Clarity Breathwork, also known as Conscious-Connected Breathwork, helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that may not be as easily accessed through traditional talk therapy alone.  It is a somatic, body-centered modality that uses the breath to connect you with your body, enhance your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.​

Breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto to surface and release.  This may be suppressed emotional material, physical blocks in the body, old belief structures, identifications, old memories, fight/flight/freeze patterns, and addictions.  It’s one of the oldest, most accessible, direct and powerful tools to reset the central nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
