What is Clarity Breathwork?
Clarity Breathwork uses a specific and easy to access breath pattern to transform trauma responses, commonly known as fight, flight, freeze, fawn, on a nervous system level allowing for more productive and healthier responses to situations and events that keep us feeling stuck, burnt out, misaligned, depressed or anxious.
While mindset and reprogramming your thought patterns are beneficial, in order to sustain real change in your life, changes at the biological level are necessary, making Clarity Breathwork extremely effective. These sessions create a profound energy where healing release, awakening, insight, and truth naturally illuminate and arise. Many people have expressed Clarity Breathwork as the most powerful session they have experienced! It can leave a person with a deep sense of empowerment, remembering the power of your own breath.
