New Moon Reiki Restorative Yoga

Dive inwards with Sarah Bella founder of Tantra Magick Wellness & Kimberly Michelle founder of Soma Soul Sanctuary for an evening of healing, self-love, restorative postures & energy balancing.

New Moons are a time where the energies are quiet and we are invited to look within. This is a wonderful time to plant seeds of new intentions to percolate and grow in the coming month.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It is a healing, soothing, rejuvenating, gentle beam of light,

and love channeled through our beings into yours.

Restorative yoga is the practice of using props and blankets to support our bodies and allow them to feel fully nurtured and cared for as we rest in longer, gentle poses.

Join Sarah & Kim for a 90-minute practice where you will get to surrender into stillness, be offered healing love & light, and ground into the energy of the moon. Sarah and Kimberly join forces to be able to lead you through the postures seamlessly while also providing reiki throughout the practice.

We hold the circle to a maximum of 13 participants so that each person can get a conscious and focused 5 minutes of reiki for themselves. As there are two practitioners, reiki will be flowing constantly throughout the class, beyond the personal 5 minutes. Be prepared to feel the power and healing this extra level of support provides!

What you need to prepare your external sanctuary:

• At least two blankets and two pillows.
• Yoga mat.
• Bolster and meditation cushion IF  have them. Not necessary.

*Do not feel obliged to purchase anything for this class.  What you have in your home is enough and we will explain how to use what you have!!*

The gathering will be hosted live through Zoom. If you are camera shy, you may turn your video off but I do encourage you to have the video ON so we can help with the posture placement AND send your reiki!!
