Cacao is a powerful superfood that offers a boost of energy without the crash of modern stimulating beverages.  It cuts through the mental clutter, enhancing focus and concentration while enabling you to hear YOUR heart which makes meditation, self-expression, creativity and connection easier and more enjoyable.  Cacao does all of this while it creates a gentle state of bliss that uplifts us as well!

No Cacao - No Problem!

A tea elixir is another great way to deepen your connection.  The art of drinking tea is considered meditative. Sipping brings your mind to the present moment where you can learn to calmly witness the reactive mind, accepting and being with all that is.  This notion of presence and allowing the mind’s thoughts to simply flow can deepen our connection and peacefully align us with our heart beat and our breath which hold the key to all the wisdom within.

 

As we sip, you will be invited to consciously-connect with your breath.  This type of breathing opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto and is ready to surface fluff up and release.  This may be suppressed emotional material, physical blocks in the body, old belief structures, identifications, old memories, fight/flight/freeze/fawn patterns, and addictions.  It’s one of the oldest, most accessible, direct and powerful tools to reset the central nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Sacred drumming is the most ancient healing form. The symbol of Mother Earth’s heartbeat. It also reproduces a mother’s heartbeat, which her baby will hear growing inside her. Its sacred character comes from the fact that it represents the given to protecting our planet.

Played in a luminous spirit, a communication with the ancestors takes place, and establishes a link with the earth and celestial worlds.  Its round form, according to certain beliefs, would be inspired by the medicine wheel, the talking circle, the Sun, full Moon and the heart of flowers.  The rhythm of the sacred drum reproduces the sound of a beating heart and is the simplest and most profound medicine. Regular rhythms promote concentration, elevating consciousness and allow to refocus our thoughts and energies.

This music therapy promotes activities like meditation, praying and free form dancing, which recreates nature’s movement: trees, wind, water and fire, It also allows an appropriate tool to increase concentration when reading, studying, writing as well unravels knots in our energy field and increases vital energy!  The rhythms are an excellent tool to free ourselves from the negative energies and allow a deeper look on the essentials of life: love, beauty all around us, positive constructive energies & gratitude
